General Guidelines for Parent's/ Guardians

No Form wil be accepted without proper birth certificates & caste certificate.
The school cannot assume any responsiblity for the loss the pupli's belongings.
The School will take responsibility for the safety of the ward only for the school hours, untill he/she is present in the school campus.
Tuition Fees are charged for all incentive months.
Fee have to he deposited by 20th day of every month. If a child fails to deposit his/her fees, Rs. 10 as late fine will be charged till the end of the month and Rs. 25 per students in the later month.
Fees for the, months of December, March and June many he deposited every year in advanced.
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Children when sick, should not sent to school to attend the classes/class test.
Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance and it should he counter signed by the parents/guardians.
Parents / Guardians should not try to visit or take away their children during the class hours.
A late come to the school will be charged a fine of Rs. 51- per day. Total fines for a month will be charged along with tuition fees at the fee counter..
Pupil who want to leave the school must inform at least one month before, Other wise their caution money will not he refunded.
It is not advisable to give the children valuable articles like expensive watches, calculators, Jewellery mobile etc. to taking to the school. The school will be not responsible for any such loss.
Parents should sign the progress report card and return it to school with in 3 days. If the report and is lost, replacement will be available on payment of Rs. 50/-
Parents should not enter the class room. All dealings should be made through the office.
Any complain about teaching, carriculam etc. should he made to the PRINCIPAL not to the class teacher.
Parents / Guardians should not write any remarks in the children note book or in other school articles, except the diary in the column allotted for them.
Parents/ Guardians should come only during the visiting hours 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. (Monday to Saturday on working days) and 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. (For Summer Timing)
Parents are welcome to give their creative suggestion for the better working of the school.

The school has all right to introduce with draw, modify, alter, amend any of the information continued in at any time. The Principal shall be sale authority to interpret or implement the policy whenever it is required. The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on the students and their parents and in all respects at all times.
